Loss of access to purchased files must be addressed by the customer by properly securing and saving downloaded materials.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships
- EcoScopia offers limited-time memberships for various services through Shopify and Patreon.
- Memberships are not auto-renewed, and it is the customer's responsibility to monitor expiration dates.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions to Osher’s weekly reports are available exclusively through Patreon.
- Billing and subscription management are handled by Patreon. EcoScopia does not process payments directly for these subscriptions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to purchases or use of the website will be governed by the laws of Estonia, where EcoScopia OÜ is legally registered.
