Ecoscopia was founded by Osher, a financial astrologer who has drawn market cycles by hand for more than ten years and put them in front of the market to see what holds.
He works in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Hebrew, with people who want to understand the times they live in rather than react to every headline.
His principle, and the name of the method: sovereignty is knowing when, and having the money and the body ready to move when the time comes.
