Immediate-access digital (LiveCharts, courses)

Delivered immediately on purchase. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day withdrawal right (Art. 16(m)). Non-refundable once delivered. Exception: if you buy before a launch (1 Jan / 1 May / 1 Sep) and the new edition has not been delivered, you remain entitled to a refund until delivery.

Produced after purchase; work begins ~7–8 days later. Refundable before work begins; non-refundable once started (Art. 16(c)).

Consultations (Astro Mirror, Sovereign Audit)

Refundable before the session. Non-refundable once delivered. 48 hours' notice required to reschedule.

Pro-rata: after start, refundable for the unused portion only, within the first two weeks from contract start. Consumed time non-refundable.

Standard 14-day withdrawal from receipt, original condition.
