EcoScopia – Terms of Service

Digital Products and Services

EcoScopia offers the following digital products and services, delivered electronically:

1. Live Charts

Access to Osher’s proprietary TradingView platform for 24/7 insights into market cycles and macro-trends. Charts are updated every four months and may include forecasts extending up to six months.

2. On-Demand Charts

Custom-made analyses tailored to specific user needs. Delivery timelines vary depending on the request.

3. Memberships and Tiers

Subscription-based packages granting exclusive access to advanced analyses, private content, and special offers. Memberships are processed via Shopify or third-party platforms (e.g., Patreon).

4. Private Consultations / Reading Sessions

One-on-one 45- or 90-minute sessions exploring astrological, market, or energetic insights, conducted via Zoom or similar platform. Sessions are prepaid and require advance scheduling.

Payment Terms

Pricing

• All standard EcoScopia prices are listed in EUR.
• EU residents are subject to VAT, calculated at checkout based on country-specific rules.
• Non-EU residents are exempt from VAT (0%).
  
  

Payment Platforms

Digital purchases are processed via Shopify-supported gateways such as Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions / donations / contributions are handled by Patreon.

Note: In alignment with evolving technologies, EcoScopia may occasionally reference or acknowledge alternative access methods for crypto-conscious clients. These are entirely separate from the operations of EcoScopia OÜ and are governed by external frameworks and payment processors.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided. Clients are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

Alternative Access Methods (⚠️ Legal Distinction)

EcoScopia acknowledges that some clients prefer alternative payment methods, including cryptocurrency or decentralized platforms. While these routes may occasionally offer access to similar products, they:

• Are not managed or processed by EcoScopia OÜ.
• Operate through independent domains, processors, and legal entities, often hosted outside the EU.
• Are available by client request or referral only, and fall under separate terms and jurisdictions.

EcoScopia OÜ assumes no financial responsibility or legal liability for purchases made through such independent systems.

Prohibited Use

Intellectual Property

All EcoScopia content—text, charts, graphics, videos, and audio—is copyright protected. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

Legal Action

Violation of these terms may result in legal action under Estonian law.

Consultation Terms

Scheduling

Prepaid sessions are scheduled upon mutual availability via Zoom or equivalent.

Cancellation

Minimum 48 hours’ notice required for rescheduling. Missed sessions are non-refundable.

Recording

Personal use recordings are permitted. Public sharing is prohibited.
