Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026. This policy applies to all purchases made through ecoscopia.net by consumers located in the European Union, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673. It also sets out our general refund terms for all customers worldwide.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, except where this right does not apply or has been waived as described below.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (for services and digital content) or, for tangible goods, from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal where it applies, you may use the withdrawal request option available on our store, or contact us directly at contact@ecoscopia.net with your name and order reference. We will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request without delay.
2. Digital Content & Immediate Access (LiveCharts, Courses, Digital Deliverables)
Several of our products consist of digital content that is delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase. This includes, without limitation: all AstroLive Charts (SPX, Gold, Oil, Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, BNB, and all chart bundles), digital courses, and any other immediately accessible digital material.
Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
At checkout, before completing the purchase of any immediate-access digital product, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, by receiving immediate access, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. Once you have given this consent and access has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
LiveCharts — Launch Exception
AstroLive Charts are updated on a cyclical basis with new editions released on the first of January, the first of May, and the first of September each year.
If you purchase a LiveChart in the period before a new edition launch and the new edition has not yet been delivered to you, you remain entitled to a refund, because the new content has not yet been performed. Once the new LiveChart edition has been delivered (within the first week following a launch date), the purchase becomes non-refundable, as access to the current chart is granted immediately and continuously.
3. Made-to-Order Deliverables (Wealth Timing Calendar, On-Demand Forecasts)
Certain products are personally produced for you after purchase. This includes the Wealth Timing Calendar and On-Demand AstroFinance Forecasts. Work on these deliverables typically begins approximately 7 to 8 days after purchase.
You may request a refund for these products at any time before production work has begun. Once we have commenced work on your personalized deliverable, the purchase is non-refundable, as the service has been performed to your specific requirements (Article 16(c), EU Directive 2011/83/EU — goods made to the consumer's specifications).
4. Consultations & One-on-One Sessions (Astro Mirror Consultation, The Sovereign Audit)
For booked services, including the Astro Mirror Consultation and The Sovereign Audit strategic diagnostic, you may request a refund before the session has taken place.
By booking a session that is scheduled to take place within the 14-day withdrawal period, you consent to the service beginning within that period and acknowledge that once the session has been delivered, the right of withdrawal is lost. Once the consultation or session has been provided, it is non-refundable.
5. The Process & VIP Engagements
For high-commitment, multi-session engagements such as The Process, refunds operate on a pro-rata basis. After the engagement has commenced, you may request a refund for the unused portion of the engagement only, within a maximum window of the first two weeks after the contract start date. Time and sessions already consumed are non-refundable. No refund is available for the consumed portion or after the initial two-week window has passed.
6. Physical Merchandise
For any tangible goods, the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day of receipt, provided the goods are returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
7. Patreon
Subscriptions and content purchased through Patreon are governed by Patreon's own billing terms and refund policies and are not sold or processed through this store. This policy does not apply to Patreon transactions.
8. How to Submit a Withdrawal or Refund Request
To request a withdrawal or refund where eligible, please provide your full name and order reference number via our withdrawal request option or by emailing contact@ecoscopia.net. You will receive an automatic confirmation that your request has been received. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national law. For more information on EU consumer rights and the cooling-off period, see the official Your Europe portal. Where exemptions to the right of withdrawal apply, they are applied in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673.
